Looking for a super tasty and easy recipe for deviled eggs? Then this is for you. This was my mom’s recipe, and I still make them the same way she did. The only difference is that I use dill pickle relish and she used sweet, only because it's a taste preference of mine. Either way they're delicious.
I remember every year for the holidays, she’d make 2 to 3 dozen of these tasty treats. There usually wasn't any left by the time the turkey was served though.
Mom's Deviled Eggs
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and halved lengthwise
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ranch dressing
1 tablespoons dill pickle relish
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
Mash egg yolks in a small bowl with a fork, and stir in remaining ingredients except egg white halves until well blended.
Spoon egg yolk mixture evenly into the egg whites.
Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika if desired.
