Pineapple Glazed Ham

Delicious Pineapple Glazed Ham baked to juicy perfection with pineapple, and a savory sweet brown sugar glaze.

Today I'm sharing one of my favorite ham recipes.

It's delicious and easy enough to make anytime. Juicy pineapple, with a glaze that adds just enough sweetness, while remaining savory are what make it so special. I add something that most people wouldn't think to add, garlic. It gives it that extra little kick that takes the taste to that "Wow" factor. Try it and you'll see what I mean.

Pineapple Glazed Ham


4 - 6 slices of boneless ham, fully cooked (about 3/4" thick)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 (20 oz) can pineapple pieces (reserve juice)
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place ham slices in a greased casserole dish. Drain the pineapple juice into a medium bowl, and spread the pineapple pieces over the ham.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pineapple juice and whisk to combine.
Pour the pineapple juice mixture over the pineapple and ham slices.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, removing the foil during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
