Apple Pie Bread

When I first found this recipe for Apple Pie Bread I almost passed it by. Visions of a dry bread that tasted little of apple went through my mind. But after reading the ingredients list, I quickly realized this was a quick bread, similar to banana bread, but loaded with juicy apples and crunchy nuts instead of banana. Plus, it has a crunchy streusel-nut topping, that takes it to a whole other level of goodness.
