Homemade “Soy” Sauce

Homemade “Soy” Sauce {Soy Free}


1 3/4 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons molasses
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
pinch of pepper and garlic powder


Add all of the ingredients into a medium saucepan over medium-high heat,
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, then reduce to a simmer and allow to cook until liquid has been reduced to 1 cup. {About 10 minutes}.
Use as you would regular soy sauce in cooking or as a condiment.

Notes: Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
