Frozen Peach Margarita

Peach season is here, and that means lots of peach recipes, including sweet and refreshing Frozen Peach Margaritas! The perfect adult beverage for summer entertaining.

Frozen Peach Margarita

Sunday Supper is celebrating two fun events today, that showcase summers bounty of juicy sweet peaches, National Peach Ice Cream Day, which is today July 17th, and National Peach Month, which starts 2 weeks from now in August.

Peach Margarita

Yes, I'm posting another margarita themed recipe, don't judge. :) Frozen Peach Margaritas have all the notes of a cold, refreshing summer drink, with the sweet-tart flavors of peaches and limes mingling together, for one amazing summer party drink.

It couldn't be easier to make either. Just toss all of the ingredients into a blender, puree until smooth, and serve. Whip up a batch of these today, and make some sweet summer memories with your family and friends.

Now can someone please help me find my lost shaker of salt, and join me in Margaritaville? It's 5:00 somewhere, right?

Frozen Peach Margarita

Ingredients

1 - 16 ounce package frozen sliced peaches (Fresh peaches may be used, just add 1 cup of crushed ice as well)
3/4 cup silver tequila
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 - 3 limes)
1/4 cup simple syrup

Directions

In a blender, combine frozen peaches, tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Puree until smooth and serve immediately.

Makes 3 large or 5 small servings.

Cooks note: If using fresh peaches, you may be able to use less simple syrup, depending on how sweet your peaches are.
